Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Regions We ship to the following regions:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Australia

  • All European countries

  • Select Asian countries: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong SAR, Uzbekistan.

Note: Orders to Virgin Islands, Micronesia, and APO/FPO addresses are temporarily not accepted. Please consult dermraysskincare@gmail.com for shipping to other countries. For deliveries to Taiwan, please ensure you have a valid import permit for customs clearance.

2. Customs We offer prepaid duties for shipments to the United States, Canada, Australia, and most European and Asian countries. For specific details, please contact us at dermraysskincare@gmail.com before placing your order to confirm if any additional fees apply.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. This includes rigorous Quality Control checks and tests to ensure product quality before shipment.

  • Shipping Time: * Standard Shipping: Free (6-12 Business Days)

    • Express Shipping (Signature Required): $9.99 (4-8 Business Days)

  • Signature Service: Only available for deliveries to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, and Asia.

  • Total Time: Processing time plus shipping time. This does not include customs delays, weekends, or holiday periods.

4. Notification Emails

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email upon placing an order. Please verify shipping information for accuracy.

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking information.

  • Emails Not Received: Check your junk/spam folder. If you still cannot find it, contact dermraysskincare@gmail.com.

5. Track Your Order To track your order, find the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or log in to your account on dermraysskincare.com.

6. Unexpected Delays DermRays is not liable for delays due to natural or uncontrollable events or delays related to the courier itself (e.g., customs clearance).

7. Package Delivery The delivery courier decides if it is safe to leave the package at the provided address. If deemed unsafe, the courier may hold the package or reschedule delivery. We recommend using a shipping address where someone will be available to accept the package.

8. Wrong Address Disclaimer It is the buyer's responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. Contact dermraysskincare@gmail.com immediately for address changes. Changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.

9. Delivered but Not Received If tracking confirms delivery but you haven't received the order, please contact the courier to investigate. We are not accountable for packages where tracking states "delivered."
